Pick the plan that is best for you... these prices are one time only (they are not recurring!). Remember -- you can always add more content to your site as the need arises.
Please note: All plans assume that you will be submitting the text for your various pages in digital form (via email or on a cd, zip, or floppy). Graphics should ideally also be in digital format ... if necessary we are happy to do the scanning for you, however the prices below will be slightly higher to reflect the extra time.
"Introductory Starter Site #1" -- $650 (no secure cart):
We will take care of the set-up for your domain name & hosting account (your credit card will be billed independently by those companies);
Attractive, quick loading "Home Page";
"Gallery" or "Products" pages with 10 of your items for sale -- pictures, descriptions, ordering info;
Each of these items will open in a larger more detailed view when clicked;
An "About Us" page with a very brief bio and picture of yourself (or of your staff);
"Contact Page" with address, phone number, and an email form with pre-configured fields for your visitors to fill out and send. Also, a concise explanation of "how to place an order";
"Printable Order Form" for people to use who wish to send a check or fax you their credit card #;
A "Links Page" so you can develop reciprocal linkage with other sites;
And a custom "404 Page", which shows only if visitors accidentally type in a wrong address for a page in your site (this means they won't get the dreaded "Page Not Found" message!);
Also, we will submit your site information to those major search engines that still allow for free inclusion in their databases.
~ "Introductory Starter Site #2" -- as above with 15 items (no cart) -- $750
"Turnkey E-commerce Site #1" with 10 items -- $775 (with cart):
All the same pages as above however your items would be connected to a "Secure Shopping Cart". Note that you must be set-up to accept payment by credit cards (at least Visa & Mastercard), or as an alternative, have your own "PayPal" type of account.
~ "Turnkey E-commerce Site #2" -- with 15 items (with cart) -- $925
~ "Turnkey E-commerce Site #3" -- with 20 items (with cart) -- $1075
Additional Info...
~ Your only other charges are for your domain name ($10 to $20 per year) and your website hosting service (about $60 / year) -- as mentioned above, we can set this up for you and the companies will bill you directly.
~ If you would like to create a "Pay Per Click" account with Overture and/or Google, we can do that for a separate fee.
~ Many other custom site enhancements & design package variations are available -- simply let us know what you require.
~ If you want to present more than 15 items, then add $30 each (includes small & large picture, description, etc).
~ WV residents add 6% sales tax.
~ The cost of a makeover (someone else designed your original site) will depend on the extent of the work -- please contact us so we can discuss the details.
Payments...
~ For sites under $900: 50% deposit in advance, balance due upon completion;
~ Over $900: 1/3 in advance, 1/3 at the halfway point, balance on completion.
~ You can make payment by credit card or by check -- neither is deposited until work actually begins on your site.
